Updated at: 1227 PST, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 KARK: Unidentified gunmen on Tuesday gunned down former District Ameer Maulana Salimullah, member of Jamiat-e-Ulama-a-Islam –Fazlur Rehman group (JUI-F), Geo News reported.According to police sources, unidentified gunmen opened fire on the former Ameer in Latambar, an area of Kark district, killing Maulana Salimullah on the spot and injuring four other persons who have been shifted to DHQ hospital. The gunmen flee after the incident and fear gripped the area. Police have cordoned off the area and security forces are conducting snap checking. | ||
