Three killed as tanker overturns on hi-roof

KARACHI: Three persons were killed and three others injured when a water tanker overturned on a vehicle near Bolton Market Wednesday, Geo News reported. According to police sources, a water tanker flipped over a hi-roof car near Bolton Market at MA Jinnah Road. The car, carrying employees of a telecommunication company, was completely destroyed as the tanker was filled with water. Rescue teams also faced severe difficulty in pulling out the dead bodies and injured persons as the vehicle was crushed under the tanker load. The injured were taken to the Civil Hospital, Karachi in critical condition while the bodies have been recognized as Faisal, Kabir Hussain and Qarar Hussain.
