 LAHORE: THE World Hepatitis Day will be observed around the globe including Pakistan on Thursday.The experts believe that Hepatitis is spreading like AIDS but it can be overcome by adopting preventive measures and running awareness campaign among the masses. "There is a need to update the people as to how they can be saved from this disease," said Prof Dr Tariq Salahuddin, Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute/Lahore General Hospital on Wednesday on the eve of World Hepatitis Day. Prof Dr Ghias-un-Nabi Tayab, LGH Medical Superintendent Dr Zafar Ikram and Associate Professor Dr Asrar-ul-Haq Toor were also present. | ||
