Life gaining normalcy; schools reopen after two days

Life gaining normalcy; schools reopen after two days KARACHI: Schools and other educational institutions reopened from today (Thursday) after the monsoon spell ended in the city, Geo News reported.

Life in the metropolis started to gain normalcy after the recent monsoon spell stopped lashing the city with heavy downpour.

Water was drained out from many areas but muddy tracks and filth made commuting difficult for people in some areas.

A government school in the Saddar town area is adversely affected where water was expelled out but mud and filth is presenting a dirty picture of the school area.

Teachers and students demanded from the administration to quickly arrange for a clean up of the vicinity.
