5 killed, 34 injured in Peshawar blast

 PESHAWAR: Five people were killed and 34 others were wounded in an explosion occurred here at CD market in Nishtarabad area on Monday, Geo News reported.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa minister Bashir Bilour confirmed the death toll and added that police had informed him that the bomb was probably planted in a motorcycle.

Peshawar police chief Imtiaz Altaf told reporters at the scene of the blast that "the target was the CD market."
