Army could be called in for flood relief: PM

MIRPUR KHAS: The government was not expecting that much of rains and the damages occurred and all the resources available with the government are being utilized for the flood relied, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said during a visit to rain-hit areas in Mirpur Khas. The premier, while replying to a question said Army could be called in to help in the affected areas. PM Gilani also made an appeal to the international community to extend full support and cooperation to the government in tackling the situation created by the devastating rains in interior Sindh.
