Pak stall closed at London Defence Expo
KARACHI: Defence & Security Equipment International has shut down the Pakistan Ordnance Factory (POF) stall and Pakistan’s Defence Export Promotion Organisation Pavilion at London Defence Equipment Expo, Geo News reported.According to a statement published on the website of Defence & Security Equipment International, Pakistan Ordnance Factory (POF) stall and Pakistan’s Defence Export Promotion Organisation Pavilion were closed after promotional material of prohibited weapons was found.
According to statement, they were distributing literature on the preparation of cluster bombs at the London expo.
It further said that literature was a breach of UK laws. Further investigation is underway.
