PPP, MQM agree on interim administrative system for Sindh

 PPP, MQM agree on interim administrative system for Sindh KARACHI: An interim plan to run the administrative system of Sindh province has been chalked out, Geo News reported.

Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) have agreed on the interim plan.

According to sources, Commissioners and District Coordination Officers (DCOs) would run the administrative system in Sindh like that of Punjab province.

A commissioner would be appointed in Karachi while DCOs would work in all the five districts of the metropolis.

In the same way, commissioner would be appointed in Hyderabad division while DCOs would be there in the four districts of Hyderabad.

Chief Secretary would issue notification for administrative system in Sindh province at 12 midnight, the sources said.
