Indian court to give verdict in Madhuri Gupta case on Dec 7 |
 NEW DELHI: A New Delhi court will give its verdicts on December on charges against former diplomat Madhuri Gupta for allegedly supplying sensitive information to Pakistan’s spy agency ISI during her posting in Islamabad. Pawan Kumar, additional sessions judge on Saturday reserved the order after holding a hearing in the case. Madhuri Gupta, 53, however, refuted all the allegations leveled against her and submitted that the said information is not sensitive and is available on the Internet. She posted as second secretary with the Press and Information at Indian High Commission in Islamabad, was arrested on April 22 by the Special Cell of Delhi Police. |
