Parliament to have final say on Nato supplies

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari held a high-level meeting of coalition partners at the Presidency.
The meeting was also attended by the Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, DG ISI Shuja Pasha, Air Chief, Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.

NATO supplies and the departure of foreign troops from Afghanistan were discussed during the meeting.

The participants of the meeting were also briefed on matters related to security and foreign policy.

Sources add that it was decided during the meeting that Parliament would decide on the resumption of NATO supplies.0
